...At this point I think it'd be most wise that everybody withdraw into inner chambers and away from windows. The creatures are small and pixie-like, if Naoto's video is anything to go by, and they go for the face, mainly the teeth.

This I do not believe to be tied into that sense of foreboding that seems to be flooding parts of the City lately but with this place it is hard to say anything for certain.

He's back. His memory seems foggy but I have little doubt he'll regain full memory in time. And if it seems he does not it may very well be an act. Clearly, he remembers some people and yet, others he does not. He does not appear to recognize the Thunderwitch which is too...convenient. In my studies of people coming and going from the City I've never encountered a case where someone has selective memory loss like that. First time for everything in the City, I suppose, but considering our subject....

...Could be he has returned from his previous stay when he did not recognize anybody...No. There is only one way to find out what he remembers and where his intentions lie.

Near, I want for you to look at the post announcing his return. Examine everybody who responded to him, nomatter how innocuous the replies seem. People often flock to greet those they once knew to see if they remember them. Sadly, this will not give us in depth looks at his associates' secrets but at least it gives us something. Look into everyone. See what they might have that he might want to use then report back to me.
